…Size Does Not Matter…
A Group Exhibition Celebrating Two Years of Intimacy in Our ‘Little’ Space
16th January – 01st March 2025
In celebration of the second year of our cherished little space in the heart of Brussels, we are proud to present Size Does Not Matter, a group exhibition featuring smaller works by our roster of gallery artists and friends. Running from 16th January to 1st March 2025, this show honors the intimacy and potency of small-scale work.
The exhibition features contributions from a diverse array of renowned and emerging artists, including Alberto Casari, Paula Cortazar, Isabelle.D, Marco De Sanctis, Magdalena Fernández, Januario Jano, Marin Kasimir, Leticia Lopes, Caio Marcolini, Andrew Orloski, Franck Sarfati, Rodrigo Sassi, Lauren Seiden, Michel Tombroff, Tulio Pinto, Manon Steyaert, and Adriel Visito.
A Celebration of Scale in Contemporary Art.
In an era where artistic boundaries are pushed to their extremes, scale becomes just another tool in the artist’s repertoire. This exhibition challenges preconceived notions that bigger is always better. A small drawing can ignite a revolution, just as a sprawling installation can inspire moments of introspection. The works in Size Does Not Matter reflect this dynamic tension, inviting viewers to focus on detail, nuance, and intimacy.
From miniature paintings to compact sculptures and more, the exhibition underscores that it’s not the size of the artwork that matters but the emotional, intellectual, and visual resonance it evokes.
Over the past two years, our gallery has thrived to celebrate creativity in all its forms from different continents. With Size Does Not Matter, we continue our mission to create intimate, meaningful encounters between art and its audience.
